Hi i would like to request a copy of certificate of rating (Alternative Learning System) I graduated way back in 2009 San matias Elem,School San Fernando Pampanga,I lost the certificate of rating i only have the diploma i will be needing it to continue my studies in abroad thanks! hope you could help me, i'm willing to pay for extra charge for my documents to be processed.
