Hi. I wish for the Maritime Industry Authority to renew the requirements for their COP III/5 application. It has major lapses because if you are already sailing onboard a vessel for that kind of rank despite not having the said COP III/5 certificate. Then it only means that you are already competent in acquiring the certificate from Marina. The new rules for getting III/5 certificate is only good if you are starting your career from the scratch. It is not beneficial for the old time seafarers. I hope my message will be heard. Please help the Filipino seafarers not make things hard. Thank you
