March 24, 2021 Dear MaryAnn Gapayao, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 22, 2021 02:32:28 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Certificate of involuntary separation for SSS. As per DOLE Department Circular No. 01 s. 2019, Guidelines in the issuance of DOLE Certification as a requirement for Application of Payment of Unemployment insurance or Involuntary Separation by the SSS, the certification shall be issued by the DOLE Regional or Field Office having jurisdiction to your company.
