I am an OFW who was retrenched from work abroad in December 2020. Because I don't have a work, I've returned back to the Philippines in January 2021, to be able to support my family for the time being that I don't have a source of income. I would like to avail of the SSS unemployment benefits. Is it possible to request for a Certificate of Involuntary Separation for SSS via email or on-line? Please advise the steps or guide to get the said document. I'm scared to personally visit the DOLE offices because of Covid. Hoping for your response. Thank you - Roberto Bruce(robertobruce@ymail)
