I would like to follow up my online application for certificate of involutary separation application that I submitted to DOLE on May 4th. I have submitted a valid photo ID (UMID) and a duly notarized copy of my termination of employment together with that application and I have not received any response from DOLE about its status. Please help!

May 12, 2021 Dear Marites Borres, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 11, 2021 08:38:27 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Certificate of Involuntary Separation followup (all documents submitted but DOLE hasn’t responded). Please be advised that pursuant to the Department Circular No 01. Series 2019-Section IV- Venue of Filing of Application for DOLE Certification stated that "employees who are involuntary separated may file their application for DOLE certification at the DOLE Field Office of jurisdiction". Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees are highly encouraged to apply online if the service is available.
