Dear Sir, I would like to request for information regarding the Certificate of Filing of Amended Articles of Incorporation and/or By-Laws by the Base View Homes Homeowners Association, Inc., (BVHHAI) with Certificate of Registration No. 14829 issued on June 9, 2011. If no Certificate of Filing of Amended Articles of Incorporation and/or By-Laws has been issued to BVHHAI since its registration in 2011, is it correct to say that the original Articles of Incorporation and/or By-laws remain to be the governing document of BVHHAI? Date of Coverage: 01/01/2013 - 08/15/2020 Tracking no: #HLURB-964896431715 This is to follow up the status of the above request which has been pending for almost one year now. I believe that this is a simple transaction that can be acted upon in a matter of days. I therefore cannot understand why it has taken HLURB too long a time to act on this.
