Dear CHED, I would like to inquire about the requirements for the Certificate of Equivalency. I have graduated with a Masters degree from South Korea and obtained original copies of my Diploma and TOR from my university. However, I have not had it apostilled before returning to the Philippines. Since I will not be going back to South Korea anytime soon, are there other ways to get it authenticated in the Philippines? Thank you for your help.
