My name is Sherry Anne H. Repato, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology last April 8, 2005. I am about to take the Board  Examination for Psychometrician this August 11-12, 2024. One of the requirements is the Certificate of Equivalency of the subjects I have completed allegedly of the same in content on the required subjects specified by the PRC.

Anent to this, may I request for the Certificate of Equivalency of the subjects as follows:

Business & Industrial Psychology to Industrial-Organizational Psychology

1. Certified True Copy of TOR
2. Certified True Copy of Diploma
3. Request Letter from your HEI
