Good Afternoon! I am May Ann Magbaleta-Rañada, graduated at Datacom Institute of Computer Technology, Laoag City Ilocos Norte from year 2009 to year 2011. I am requesting for Certificate of English as Medium of Instruction because I need it as a supporting documents for International Student Application. The school I attended was closed already.
