I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out on behalf of my brother, who's currently working in Australia. He's in the process of upgrading his visa, and one of the requirements is to obtain a Certificate of English as a Medium of Instruction. To make things a bit trickier, he's overseas, and we're looking for a way to help him secure this certificate from the Philippines. We'd really appreciate your guidance on how to go about this. He is a graduate of Rizal High School - Pasig batch 2001

You may refer to the Guidelines on Learner's School Records in the DepEd Order No. 54, s. 2016 titled "Guidelines on the Request and Transfer of Learner’s School Records" regarding your request for a Form-137 (Permanent Record), Form-138 (Report Card), and other school records for your information and guidance: - https://www.deped.gov.ph/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/DO_s2016_54.pdf For further clarification, you may directly seek the assistance of the school where you graduated or the Schools Division Office near your area.
