June 7, 2021 Dear Jonathan Ricafrente, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 04, 2021 12:32:34 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Certificate of Employment. Please be advised that pursuant to the Department Circular No 01. Series 2019-Section IV- Venue of Filing of Application for DOLE Certification stated that "employees who are involuntary separated may file their application for DOLE certification at the DOLE Field Office of jurisdiction". Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees are highly encouraged to apply online if the service is available.
