In relation to FOI Request #PNP-563280151834 - Location of "Desk Sergeants Log books" Dipolog City Police Station, which was Approved but the location of the books prior to 2017 was not provided;
Again, this is NOT referring to Blotter Books, it is the Desk Sergeant Record/Log Books where entries made every shift change etc.
Please provide a Certificate stating;
"The Desk Sergeants Log/Record books prior to 2017 have been disposed of/destroyed, contrary to RA 9470, as no prior Authorization was obtained from the Director General of National Archives"

1. I note under PNP FOI Manual - 2.3 (g)
"If the document/record being requested is not available, for reason of disposal or no such record is being maintained, a Certification on the nonavailability of the record shall be provided to the requesting person."
2. National Archives have already confirmed that Dipolog Police Station have not been Authorized to destroy/dispose of any records
3. Post-2017 Desk Sergeant Record/Log Books as of August 2022, were still located on the shelf at the front desk as you enter the Dipolog Police Station, but all prior to 2017 had been recently relocated
Hence Certificate Required stating facts -
"The Desk Sergeants Log/Record books prior to 2017 have been disposed of/destroyed, contrary to RA 9470, as no prior Authorization was obtained from the Director General of National Archives"

And again, I cannot make it more clear, this Request has nothing to do with "Blotter Books" so mentioning "Blotter Books" in response to this Request to distract, obstruct of create a diversion, will be deemed as obstruction of justice.

OR
Produce the Desk Sergeants Log/Record books (prior to 2017), as was requested in person on August 8, 2022, with a response from COP EDWIN VERZON Dipolog Police Station stating "no such books exist" (Desk Sergeant log books) yet I saw them with my own eyes and even took a photo of them August 11. 2022, sitting exactly where we stated they would be, but they were concealed from us when officially requesting to view them on August 8, 2022
