May we respectfully request a copy of Certificate of Detention of Angelo Mendoza y Paglingayen, a resident of Barangay Tarece, San Carlos City, Pangasinan from BJMP san Carlos City to National Bilibid Prison, Muntinlupa City with a case of Violation of Republic Act 9165. Said certification will be used as a parameters for a Drug Cleared Barangay.
