PRO9 Regional Headquarters - CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION from PRO9 Regional Headquarters under Philippine National Police Freedom of Information Handbook, Section 2.3 g, stating PRO9 Regional Office, Provincial Headquarters ZDN and Dipolog City Police Station, have no Records of PNP Officers employed at Dipolog City Police Station 2008 as they have been lost/destroyed, as per Memorandum PLCOL KHISNA E ASAALI July 31, 2021 (attached)
g. If the document/record being requested is not available, for reason of disposal or no such record is being maintained, a Certification on the nonavailability of the record shall be provided to the requesting person.
