You have previously stated in public on this website that you could not produce the News Articles you removed from pro9.pnp.gov.ph and all I have Requested is a Certificate of Destruction as you are required to issue by LAW. 1. Either present the News Articles or issue a Certificate of Destruction within the allowed 15 days, anything less is CORRUPTION, OBSTRUCTION and causing me further MENTAL ANGUISH which is CHILD ABUSE 2.
