Hello FOI,
I am a business owner who wants to open a Corporate Bank Account with RCBC Savings Bank. I have the complete requirements. However, the bank told me I need to have an AMLA Compliance Certificate before I can open a corporate account with them. Other banks I went to did not have this requirement but since I have been with RCBC for a decade, I prefer to just transact with 1 bank. What is the process for getting AMLA compliant?

- The purpose is for opening a bank account for my business under Corporation
2. Are you transacting for personal reasons or on behalf of the business?
- On behalf of the business I own
3. If on behalf of the business, are you the owner of this business? If no, what is your position/designation in the business, if applicable.
- I own the business. Business name is RestEasy Hospitality Services Inc. I have complete registration since 2019 with SEC and BIR.
