Hi! i would like to request a copy of my filed Bir Form 2316 otherwise known as Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax withheld for the year 2020. I am Rommel Castro Pangan, with TIN: 213-700-788. employed at Philippine National Police with TIN: 000-088-079. I lost my copy of said document. However, i need a copy to support my travel visa application. Thank you and God bless!
