I am writing to acknowledge the receipt of your response to my Freedom of Information (FOI) request regarding the verification of the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and Certificate of Graduation of Mr. Gener R. Torzar. Upon reviewing the documents provided by Mr. Torzar for the MoVs (Gawad Kalasag Assessment), I observed discrepancies, including a misspelling of a subject and the absence of information indicating his graduation status. Due to these discrepancies, I found it necessary to seek verification through the FOI process. I understand that Mr. Torzar has declined to provide an authorization letter for the release of the requested documents. In light of this, I would like to request your assistance in facilitating the verification process and obtaining the necessary information directly from the educational institution involved. To ensure accuracy and completeness, I propose the following steps: Coordinate with the educational institution attended by Mr. Gener R. Torzar to verify the accuracy of the provided documents, specifically the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and Certificate of Graduation. Request the institution to clarify any discrepancies noted in my initial review, including the misspelling of a subject and the absence of information indicating Mr. Torzar's graduation status. Provide a detailed response to my FOI request, including the verified information and any additional relevant details regarding Mr. Torzar's academic records. I understand that this process may take some time, and I appreciate your efforts in ensuring transparency and accuracy in the information provided. If there are any additional requirements or procedures I need to follow, please do not hesitate to inform me. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to a prompt and thorough resolution.
