Hi! I would like to request a copy of the RENEWED Certificate of Accreditation of Hype Transport Systems, Inc. On Dec. 29, 2020, LTFRB issued Board Resolution No. 229 Series of 2020 re: Application for renewal filed by Hype. To date, 37 working days have already passed (Jan. 4 to Feb. 24) and Hype would have already submitted their compliance. If approved, LTFRB should have already issued a RENEWED CERTIFICATE OF ACCREDITATION in compliance with R.A. 11032 (Ease of Doing Business Act) wherein highly technical applications should only take any government agency no longer than 20 working days.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested for the reason that as to date, Hype Transport Systems, Inc. still has no submission of their compliance with the financial capability to operate a TNC business as based on the Board Resolution No. 229 Series of 2020.
