Please help me on this matter. I just need a Certificate coming from DOLE so that I can file an Unemployment Benefit in SSS. They need a signed and filled up Certificate coming from you. Thank you

April 19, 2021 Dear Chris Anthony Billones, Thank you for your request dated Apr 19, 2021 05:43:05 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for CERTIFICATE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT NEEDED FOR SSS. As per DOLE Department Circular No. 01 s. 2019, Guidelines in the issuance of DOLE Certification as a requirement for Application of Payment of Unemployment insurance or Involuntary Separation by the SSS, the certification shall be issued by the DOLE Regional or Field Office having jurisdiction to your company. Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees may apply via online if available. You may call our Regional Office having jurisdiction to your workplace for the availability of online application service. Attached herewith is a copy of the said DOLE Circular.
