I refer to my letter of Sep 16, 2020 09:58:07 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate by TIEZA.
This is to formally inform you that we already forwarded your request to TIEZA Regulatory Office stationed in Boracay Island. We are also coordinating with the DENR should they have specific office concerning the issuance of certificate for potable water in Boracay Island.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Nov 04, 2020 09:58:07 AM.

We would like to seek for clarification if you have already sought the services of the Local Drinking Water Quality Monitoring Committee of Malay, Aklan?
In accordance with the Implementing Rules and Regulation of Chapter II (Water Supply) of the Code on Sanitation of the Philippines or P.D. 856 it is the duty of the said Committee to inform the public of the latest quality of the drinking water in the locality.

I refer to my letter of Nov 19, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Certificate by TIEZA. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 11, 2021.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
