July 3, 2023 Dear Eddheliza Magno, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jul 02, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Centenarian Gift For 90 years old. Response to your request Unfortunately, we were able to determine that your request is a front-line service and not a valid FOI transaction. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request. However, RA 10868 Otherwise known as the “CENTENARIAN ACT OF 2016” is an act honoring and granting additional benefits and privileges to Filipino centenarians and for other purposes. Its target beneficiaries are all Filipinos, who have reached one hundred (100) years old and above.
