Hi! I would like to request for raw data of past population censuses rom 1950-2000 and the CPH from 2015. We already have raw data of the CPH from 2000, 2007, and 2010. This, in conjunction with other data sets, will be used by the Department of Health in estimating burden of disease per province to assist local governments in planning and prioritizing health initiatives. Thank you!
