Hi! i would like to request for the documents that are being requested are:

(1.)	Application for Free Patent of Santiago Felipe
(2.)	 Joint Affidavit of Support Free Patent Application 
(3.)	 Certification from the Land Registration Authority certifying that the lot being      
  	applied for does not appear on its Survey record Book to have been the subject of        
registration under act 496 as amended by PD 1529.
(4.)	 Notice of Application for Free Patent
(5.)	 Technical Description
(6.)	 Approval of Application and issuance of Patent no.045312-10-27243

You may proceed on filing you petition at Regional Trial Court and let the court subpoena the Records Officer of CENRO Taytay to present the documents your requested in the proper litigation.
