We regret to inform you that we do not process requests of civil registry certificates through this portal.
The document's owner or his representative, granted that he was given consent may apply online through our website at https://www.psaserbilis.com.ph or through PSA Helpline https://psahelpline.ph/. Please note that the processing and delivery of documents in certain areas under MECQ may take longer.
In light of strict implementation of GCQ in Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, and Laguna, and Rizal, PSA CRS Outlets shall be open only to those who have prior appointments.
