I refer to my letter of Sep 13, 2023 09:53:18 AM; about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Cebu Province to Leyte Island Passenger and Cargo Traffic Data.
Our response to your request is due on Oct 04, 2023 09:53:18 AM. Unfortunately, it is taking longer than expected to deal with your request considering the volume of these data. For detailed Cebu port statistics which are not published in the CPA website, considering the volume of these data. we shall only entertain one year basis. Any additional year shall then be considered as a succeeding request.
Please be informed that there's applicable fees for detailed port statistics depending on the number of pages or sheets generated by the statistics unit.
I apologize for this delay but have applied for an extension so we could work further on your request. We hope to be able to send you a response on or before Nov 01, 2023 09:53:18 AM.

We appreciate your prompt response, but moreover, we would like to ask again for your assistance if we could further increase the requested data instead of 1 year to 2 years. This is for us to at least meet our objective of ascertaining the growth level of the ports in subject prior to the pandemic. This would better help us to strategize and plan out possible actions on how we can further improve the transportation service of our public.
