Hi po good day.May I request assistance for this concern po of what should I do? I wish to not cancel this flight po as this flight is an important one to me.I booked a ticket under Cebu Pacific Airline & 2 days after I reviewed my itinerary and I then realized that there was no JR.I called the airline but no one answered. I emailed them via their website’s customer feedback form where I requested for a name update but agent told me that it can’t be changed anymore.This is is unintentional po.
