Response to your request

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have  the information you have requested since our scope of implementation is limited to areas of Region 12 only. However, you may direct your request to the Bureau of Labor Relations (BLR) or the Regional Offices of your preferred luzon areas.

Further, please note that you are requesting a document with a "Confidential" classification under Department Order 103, series of 2010.
