You can directly request a copy of your CAV in the Office of the University Registrar.
In compliance with IATF guidelines for Alert Level 1, the Office of the University Registrar is now shifting from online to on-site (face to face) transactions.
They will no longer process applications for documents and other requests via email.
You may visit their office for your request Mondays-Fridays, 8:00am to 12:00nn on-site transactions. No need to schedule an appointment. You can ask for a representative to apply on your behalf.

Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
