Hi! I'm from Bacolod City. Graduated batch 2023. I would like to clarify if Certification Authentication and Verification (CAV) for TOR and Diploma is required to have from CHED. If I'm from a State University (Carlos Hilado Memorial State University). This is one of the requirement for employment international.
