In compliance with IATF guidelines for Alert Level 1, the Office of the University Registrar is now shifting from online to on-site (face-to-face) transactions. They will no longer process applications for documents and other requests via email. You may visit their office for your request Mondays-Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00pm on-site transactions. No need to schedule an appointment. You can ask for a representative to apply on your behalf. You may also contact them through their landline number: 53171768 loc. 701/754. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
