Your Request You asked for CAV. Response to Request For CAV applications, you can apply at the CHED Central Office if you are currently within the NCR but a graduate of a different region; address: Higher Education Development Center Bldg. C.P. Garcia Avenue, UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City. If you graduated in NCR, you may apply for CAV at the CHED Regional Office for NCR; address: Metalcasting Building, Quezon City University, 673 Quirino Highway, San Bartolome, Novaliches, Quezon City. It is worth noting that CHED accepts walk-in CAV applications; meaning you do not have to make any online appointments. For the requirements for applying for CAV, you would need to bring a certified true copy of both your TOR and Diploma. If you graduated from Region 4A and plan to apply for CAV at the Central Office, you would also be needing an endorsement letter from your school; if you graduated from other regions outside NCR and are planning to apply through the Central Office, an endorsement letter is not necessary. There is also a processing fee of Php 80 per set. You may apply for CAV through your region's CHED Regional Office (CHDERO) if you are outside the NCR. Applications through Regional Offices also require a certified true copy of your TOR and Diploma, but would also require you to present an endorsement letter from your school. For NCR graduates, they would also have to apply for CAV at the CHED Regional Office for NCR and not the Central Office. For this, the additional requirement of an endorsement letter is also needed. As per our Citizens' Charter, it takes at least 7 working days for the CAV to be processed.
