Hi, Good Day Im a health worker at Cebu City Medical Center, i would like to request a cash assistance due to tested positive for COVID-19 issued by a DOH accredited testing center, I've been Quarantined for 16 days, and this would really a big help for my family in our everyday needs. Relative to your query, kindly find attached list of basic requirements for EC Covid related case for government employees. You may file for Employees Compensation claim by complying the documentary requirements . Claim may be submitted thru drop box at nearest GSIS Office. Thank you.
