Hello po magandang araw po .. ako po si Marcy Medina taga cavite po.. ako po ay na diagnosed ng moderate pneumonia at nagpositibo dn po sa Covid 19 kaya ako po ay lumalapit sa inyo para humingi ng konting tulong po sa inyo kasi naubos po ang aming konting pera sa bills po ng hosital at sa mga laboratories po at check ups.. sana po matulungan nyo po ako para din po sa pamilya ko po.. maraming salamat po at God bless po

Siya din po ay Stage 4 - Breast Cancer patient at wala na po kaming pagkukuhanan ng pera.

You asked for Request for Financial Assistance on COVID-19 Hospital Bill.
Response to your request
We wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated.
For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance.
For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to . Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
