I want to follow up on this request. As said in your acknowledgment, I should have received a reply last Nov. 9. Also stated in Executive Order No. 2, s. 2016, I should also receive a reply regarding the acceptance or denial of my request within 15 days of my request. I just want to know the status of this request.
