Good day. I am asking for the new guidelines in computing for GCTA because my cousin is in Abuyog Regional Jail and should his GCTA be computed, he is qualified to be out from jail. How true that there is new guidelines that drug cases with 4 year straight penalty sentence is not qualified for GCTA. Thanks
