I am an Filipino national currently studying Master of Science degree in Counter Fraud and Counter Corruption Studies at the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom. In partial fulfillment of my course, I am writing a thesis on the Bangladesh Bank Heist, and as part of my data analysis, I am humbly requesting for a copy of the charges filed by AMLC against RCBC and its Officers.

For the AMLC Secretariat to process your request and assist you, we advise the following:

1. Please fill up the AMLC FOI Request Form, annexed to the AMLC FOI Manual, supplying all information indicated;

2. Present proof of your Philippine citizenship; and
3. Present valid proof of identification, particularly a Philippine Government-issued, photo-bearing identification document, especially a valid Philippine passport. 

We also request you to present proof of enrollment with the University of Portsmouth and the subject/course for which the request is being made; and a copy of your thesis proposal/outline.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to resubmit your request as we are still missing from you some vital information.

Your right to request a review
