Hi! I would like to kindly request the case files with resolution filed by GSIS against IBM and Questronix last 2009. This is in relation to the system failure of main database infrastructure collectively called ILMAAAMS (Integrated Loans, Membership, Acquired Assets and Accounts Management System).
