Good day, May I inquire about the status of the carpeta/prison record of my father PDL RASHID RIGA y MONAWIRA, Prison No. N203P-0394 for processing of DO 652. It has been more than 22 years now since he was detained. As of now, he is detained at Iwahig Prison, Puerto Princesa, Palawan. I was only 8 years old when he got arrested and our youngest was only months old. This is the only way I knew to help him, especially that he is already old and sickly and needs proper medication. As per email replied by BuCor, it is already for DOJ Approval. Hoping for your immediate response.
