Hi! I would like to request the Director of corrections, muntinlupa city to forward the carpeta and prison record of PDL Jesser Kobayashi ( Prison no. D213P-0382) to the Board of Pardons and parole. this is the fourth time we made this request and we have not received any response yet. our next step is to petition a writ of mandamus to compel the office to act on this request and a possible complaint to the arta.
