I'm one of the commuters of Carmona to Biñan, the LTFRB stated that the extra charge of 11 pesos in the jeep was up to four kilometers but the jeeps were charged too much, Central Mall Biñan to Carmona Hospital & Medical Center only drops 4.2 kilometers and jeepney drivers charge 20 pesos.
