Hi! Under Dangerous Drugs Board Regulation No. 1, Series of 2014, Section 14, PDEA may grant a permit to conduct medical and scientific research laboratory analysis or instructional/training or other programs and purposes that would require the import, possession, cultivation or use of a dangerous drug. May I have the list of permit holders/grantees and copies of their research proposal/scope? If no permits have been issued, may I know if there are actual applicants and the reason why they are denied? Thanks!
