I have forwarded the same requirements to the same email address ([email protected]) since last Saturday, and they did reply to me on Monday (September 20, 2021) when they emailed me last Friday only after how many months of my request and after how many months passed when they released the money to the remittance center (USSC) I believe and I know I gave them all of my valid documents but yet they told me that they will just cancel it just like that. The financial assistance was given to me as an OFW who has lost my job during the pandemic and all I needed was for them to CHANGE CLAIMANT
