Please be informed that we have already coordinated with the Registry of Deeds (RD) Calamba regarding the status of your transaction. They have informed us that there is no record of your title in their vault. RD Calamba has informed us that they will be prepared to withdraw all related documents once you visit their office in person.
To proceed, please make arrangements to visit RD Calamba directly. They will handle the withdrawal of your documents. They will also inform RD Sta. Rosa that your title does not have a copy in their vault. RD Sta. Rosa will then be able to issue a Certificate of No Record, which is a necessary requirement for the reconstitution process of your title.
