Hi, I asked my previous employer to provide soft copy of my payslips for certain pay periods 2015-2019(first month and last month of each yr) as part of visa requirement. Note that the hard copies were already provided way back those dates, however, since it's been a long time and I didn't know then that it would be required for visa purposes,I didn't save any of mya payslips, hence,I reached out to them for assistance. However, they said that they couldn't provide the payslip request due to their internal process. Is there a way to get a soft copy of my payslips from them?
