Your Request You asked for Camp. Response to Request This refers to your email dated April 9, 2020 regarding CAMP requirements. The requirements for the application of CAMP are: (1) Establishment Report on the COVID-19, pursuant to Labor Advisory No. 9, series of 2020; and (2) Company payroll for the month prior the implementation of Flexible Working Arrangements or temporary closure. We are sorry for the very late response. Please note that the filing of applications thereof was suspended on April 15, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. as CAMP requests ballooned beyond the financial capacity of the Department. If your company's application was submitted before April 15, 2020, you may visit www.campinfo.dole.gov.ph to check the list of CAMP granted establishments.
