July 13, 2020 Dear John Matthew Agustin, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Apr 09, 2020; 01:07:41 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for the list of approved applications under the CAMP for Central Pangasinan, and to eventually be informed if your employer, Asiana Learning Institute, Inc. of Bayambang, Pangasinan, applied for the said program. As much as we want to provide you with the mentioned document, we are constrained to deny your request pursuant to the Data Privacy Act of 2012. The list contains names, age, sex and addresses of the workers of the approved establishments. Be informed, however, that your company is among those which applied for the cash assistance. Regrettably, the DOLE-RO I was unable to process and accommodate its application for lack of material time and funding in view of the abrupt suspension of acceptance of CAMP applications starting April 15, 2020. The list of establishments, Asiana Learning Institute included, which were not accommodated was endorsed to the Department of Finance’s Small Business Wage Subsidy (SBWS) program. If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to HON. SILVESTRE H. BELLO III, Labor Secretary/[email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you. Sincerely, ARLY S. VALDEZ FOI Receiving Officer
