Hi. I would llike to get information regarding the Calamba-Los Banos bypass road project for the purpose of planning to build a property rental business which might be affected if this project will push through. 

I would like to know if our land property will be appropriated for this project.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office cannot provide you the information you have requested. The project being requested is not yet awarded, thus we cannot divulge the information pursuant to Inventory of Exceptions to Executive Order No. 2 (S. 2016) specifically Item No. 6, “Premature Disclosure”. 


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Secretary Mark A. Villar. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
