Hi PAG-ASA, I am Ryan Guevarra, president and owner of ASIST OPC, a research and development group which uses GIS as the main platform for research. I am a newly registered company of which, though funds are limited, is giving technical advise to farmers and uplanders about their crops and land for free. Yes, for free. I am committed to helping the rural poor to help country side development. I am gaining my income mostly from private entities and sales of software in government and abroad while major of the proceeds is being utilized for these kind of endeavor. Thank you!
