Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am planning to improved the tourism project/resort in my brgy. As a background almost quarter of the land area of brgy Pasiagon was owned by one clan. I'am currently renting the land on a yearly basis but I am Planning to improved/expand the said project in order to attract more tourist that will also boast the local economy of said brgy. I am planning to engage long term lease of said lot but insuring that i will be transacting the rightful owner of property. I believe that if this project will push through it will benefit the locals. Hoping for your kind consideration.
